- To access your team gallery Go to my.photoday.com in your browser or text your gallery access code to 90738
- Your gallery access code is available on our website here or by going to the Gallery Access Codes page
- Find your photos; browse the gallery to locate your images.
- Select and customize; Choose your favorite photos, add them to products or packages, and adjust cropping and personalization.
- ** Review carefully** Double-check your selections, spelling and cropping. Once you purchase, the order is sent immediately to the printer, and changes cannot be made.
- Complete your order: Enter your shipping and payment details to finish.
What is AdvancePay
AdvancePay (AP) is PhotoDay’s version of pre-pay. While your photos are being created, you can buy an AdvancePay credit that’s good for anything in the online store. Once you’ve purchased a credit, you can sit back, relax, and we’ll text you when the photos are ready. Your credit will be waiting for you at checkout!
Why should I purchase an AdvancePay credit
When you purchase an AdvancePay credit, you may get to enjoy special discounts or shipping offers that may not be available once photos are viewable. The best part? Unlike traditional pre-pay with paper order forms, you're not locked into any package or pose! Ordering and Shipping Disclaimer
- We partner with PhotoDay for all of our photo orders. Please note that PhotoDay is a third-party service, and their terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made through their platform.
- Printing and shipping are managed exclusively by Richmond Pro Lab. As a result, we are not involved in how items are packed or shipped.
- All items are shipped directly from the print lab to you, meaning we do not physically handle or process any orders.
- If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, we may need to forward you to the appropriate provider to ensure it’s resolved.
- Each order is a custom work of art printed just for you. As such, all sales are considered final once you view, verify, create and purchase your photos. Before purchasing please make sure to double check spelling, cropping and any other customizations.

Shipping Damage:

- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us with your order number for further instructions. If possible, please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging. We will do whatever we can to get a replacement out the door as soon as possible.
